Problems Setting up mobile device clients for Amazon WorkMail

I WorkMail and have not been able to set up the email to my iphone. I have followed the guidance here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workmail/latest/userguide/mobile-client.html#connect_ios_device I've tried setting up the device with Microsoft Exchange and also manually and it is not found.

Running iOS 15.4.

Can't understand what I'm doing wrong! Please can someone advise if there are settings in WorkMail that I need to configure?

In https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workmail/latest/userguide/mobile-client.html#connect_ios_device there is a note about trying alias.awsapps.com domain. Instead of using your_user@your_domain try to use your_user@your_organization_alias.awsapps.com. Can you try that?
