Hello,
I need to find how many tickets are open and closed on Zendesk , how can I configure that from the Q application?
Currently, there is a already feature request. Amazon Q business do not help with the count/ranges/sum of data and thus cannot help directly in calculation of open and closed tickets.

Yes, we can use custom document enrichments. You need to preprocess the data in Q.
