Amazon FSx: Windows File System Creation Failed when we try to create a file system

0

Hello,

We are currently having problems creating a file system in Amazon FSx. The error we receive is the following:

Failure message

File system creation failed. Amazon FSx is unable to apply your Microsoft Active Directory configuration. This is because the file system administrators group you provided either doesn't exist or isn't accessible to the service account you provided. To fix this problem, delete your file system and create a new one specifying a file system administrators group in the domain that is accessible to the service account provided as recommended in the Amazon FSx user guide: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/fsx/latest/WindowsGuide/self-manage-prereqs.html

After the first failed attempt we have reviewed the following documentation:

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/fsx/latest/WindowsGuide/validate-ad-config.html?icmpid=docs_fsx_console

We have executed and passed the tests successfully but we still cannot create the file system. Could you help us see what might be missing?
