Unable to access server logs from Gamelift

I can remote into my server, see that the logs exist there, but when I try to use the CLI Console to download the logs at locations /local/game/GameName/Saved/Logs/GameName.log it tells me it cannot be found. Any ideas?

    Can you share the CLI command you used to download the logs? One possibility is the logs have not been uploaded to our service. The logs need to be uploaded from the instance before they can be downloaded through CLI.

Could you try using GetGameSessionLog API to download game session logs instead?
