Wordpress Sign In problem

Whenever I copy my public IP address into my browser, it brings up Wordpress blog welcome page but there is no “manage” button in right lower corner. What am Indoing wrong? Safari is my web browser. I use a Mac. Thank you.

Hi, I also launched a WordPress server and it looks like this.

There is no manage button. Maybe the post you read displayed an older design, and the latest welcome page might have be enchanged.

If you want to go to login page, simply type https://<your-ip>/wp-login.php in your address bar.
