海外两账户迁移服务器和IP，弹性IP可否转移。

两个账户都是海外区的，将一个账户里的服务器和公网IP（非弹性IP）迁移到另一个账户，请问应该如何操作比较快捷？如果是弹性IP，有办法迁移吗？

EC2服务器可以创建AMI共享给另一个账户，公网IP地址是没办法迁移的，如果EC2对外提供服务建议通过ELB或CloudFront对外提供服务https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/sharingamis-explicit.html
