How do we add new user to work doc site if you are not admin!

Hello, I am trying to add a new user to contribute to a shared folder with docs but i end up getting error "Sorry, you cannot collaborate with people outside of your WorkDocs site.". Any suggestions or resolution to avoid this error. Thanks and Regards, Nishant

In order to share folders\files, you need to be the owner or the co-owner of the folder\file. Here is more detail about role\permission.
