Register domain error TLDRulesViolation from Germany

Question

I tried to register a domain for my LightSail instance (source: https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/docs/de_de/articles/amazon-lightsail-tutorial-launching-and-configuring-lamp). The TLDs I tried were *.net and *.org. The following error appears on each attempt:

Action: RegisterDomainCommand
Region: us-east-1
Status code: TLDRulesViolation
Error message:
[ADMIN.STATE is not required for Germany, and should not be set, OWNER.STATE is not required for Germany, and should not be set, TECH.STATE is not required for Germany, and should not be set, BILL.STATE is not required for Germany, and should not be set]

What can I do?

Hello.

I know you list the State when you register a domain, but can I register it if I leave that blank?
