Hey,

Hope you're keeping well.

This usually happens when the email tied to your AWS Certification badge in Credly doesn’t match the one on your re:Post profile. Go to your Credly account settings and add the same email address you use for re:Post, then set it as your primary in Credly. If that doesn’t resolve it, open a case with AWS Training and Certification Support through the AWS Support Center so they can align your badge email with your re:Post account.

Thanks and regards,
Taz

If you're getting a "certificate not supported" error when trying to add your AWS certification to your re:Post profile, this is likely due to an email address mismatch between your re:Post account and the email used for your certification in Credly.

Here are some solutions you can try:

  1. Contact AWS Training and Certification support. They can reissue your badges under your preferred email address that matches your re:Post profile.

  2. Add more email addresses in your Credly account. Go to Settings > Account > Email addresses, and add the email that you use for re:Post. Make this the default email in your Credly settings.

  3. Alternatively, you could temporarily change the default email in your re:Post profile to match the original email used when your certification was issued, add the certification, and then change it back to your preferred email.

These steps should help you successfully add your AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer – Associate certification to your re:Post profile.

  • I am logged in in repost using the same email as certificate is issued in. I am getting "Certificate not Supported" error. If it was email issue then i would have given the "Couldnot verify email" error.
