Can I access/use the Leap Hybrid Solvers from DWave via Braket?

Can I access the Leap Hybrid Solvers from DWave via Amazon Braket without creating a Leap account? Also, can I use my AWS credit to pay for the usage of the Leap Hybrid Solver's?

I would like to solve QUBO instances with D-Wave's quantum annealer. However, the instances are too big to fit on D-Wave's qpu directly. Based on my research there are basically two approaches to deal with this problem. First, the D-Wave's QBSolv solver and second Leap's Hybrid Solvers. Or is there another approach available? Thank you.
