Sagemaker charges on free tier account

I got charged on SageMaker RunInstance even though I am on a free tier account - the amount is very small, but I want to understand why, as my usage was way within the allowance available for free tier accounts:

Hi James,

Sorry to hear this is happening. I recommend opening an Account & Billing support case through Support Center. The have the tools and expertise to look into this for to ensure things are billing correctly.
