Unable to Send email from test Workmail account

Question

Since day after yesterday my work mail acccount stop sending email its getting error , have the health dashboard but everything is okay but i dont what happen with service, if some please help me on it

Hi,

I've checked your account and I see that WorkMail mail sending was restricted for violating the WorkMail terms of service. I suggest to reach out via support if you like your  account to get unblocked.

Hello Robin,

Have contacted the AWS support in this matter but they  are not getting any repsonse since last five days from there internal service team, Ideally have only send 18 emails to my test address to check the service and after that it gets block by amazon system.

If you could give some input or help to get this matter resolved on priority basis, as after waiting for five days now its frustrated me for not getting solution for simple query. Please help to resolve the issue on priority basis
