Unusual amount of credits

Question

Hi, I have noticed quite large amount of credits that were issued to my account (lowering my invoice almost down to zero) but I have no idea where they are coming from. Might it be that it's a glitch? I need to figure this out just not to be surprised by double invoice in the upcoming month :).

Hi, thanks for this suggestion. Looking at Credit memos we did receive some but the amounts are pretty small and they don't add up to what I see in: 
Billing and Cost Management > Bills > Savings table

There are Credit and Credit memo types.
Which type do you have?

Billing and Cost Management > Payments > Unapplied funds > Type, download and check the details.

Is your Savings Type Credit? Do you have anything registered under "Credits" in "Billing and Payments"?

Otherwise, if you have a Member account in Organizations, your credits may be shared.
