Troubleshooting Steps:

Clear Cookies and Cache: Remove potentially conflicting data stored by your browser. Try a Different Browser/Incognito Mode: Rule out browser-specific issues. Check for Typos: Ensure you're entering your email address correctly. Temporarily Disable Security Software (if safe): Eliminate potential interference. Check Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enter a verification code if required. If the issue persists:

Contact AWS Support: Get help directly from AWS for further investigation. Additional Tips:

Use the correct login URL. Verify a stable internet connection. Consider restrictions on work/public computers. By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the "Bad Request" error and successfully log in to your AWS account.

  1. Clear your browser's cookies and cache, as stale or corrupted data can cause login issues.
  2. Use a different web browser to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, browser-specific issues can cause login problems.
  3. Ensure you are using the correct login URL: https://signin.aws.amazon.com/signin
  4. Double-check your email address and password for accuracy.
  5. Disable any browser extensions that might interfere with the login process, such as ad blockers or privacy extensions.
  6. Open an incognito or private browsing window and try logging in again. This mode disables extensions and uses a fresh set of cookies and cache.
  7. Ensure your AWS account is fully activated. Sometimes, there can be a delay in account activation after registration.
  8. If you're unsure about your password or suspect it might be incorrect, try resetting your password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign-in page.
  9. Verify that there are no ongoing AWS service outages or issues by checking the AWS Service Health Dashboard. https://status.aws.amazon.com/
  10. If you have tried all the above steps and are still unable to log in, you should contact AWS Support for further assistance. https://aws.amazon.com/contact-us/
