I’m also facing the same issue. None of my expired certificates from 2018 and 2019 are visible in the AWS Certification history, and no new Credly badges have been issued after I passed my AWS Certified AI Practitioner and AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty exams, in August'26 and September'26.
It has now been two months since I passed the AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty exam, and I still haven’t received any response about missing credly badge, on AWS Support case [178923161700142], despite following up multiple times via email.
I also contacted Credly, and they confirmed that the issue appears to be on the AWS Certification side, as no badge request has been received from AWS.
To clarify:
- I use only one AWS Builder ID.
- The email address is the same one I have used for my previous AWS exams.
- My Credly account is working correctly, as I have recently received badges from other certification providers, including PMI.
Could someone from the AWS Certification team please investigate this issue and help resolve it? This has been pending for far too long and is becoming very frustrating.

I understand how frustrating it must be to have earned your AWS Certified AI Practitioner certification but not received your digital badge on Credly, especially after following up with both Credly and AWS Support.
For certification-related issues like missing digital badges, the AWS Training and Certification team is indeed the correct point of contact, as they manage the integration with Credly and badge issuance. Since you've already opened a support case with them, that case is being handled by the specialized team that can investigate and resolve badge issuance issues.
While I cannot directly check on or expedite your existing case, I can suggest a few things:
-
You can add additional correspondence to your existing case through the AWS Support Center (https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/) if you need to provide more information or check for updates.
-
Response times can vary based on case complexity and current support volume. Certification badge issues sometimes require coordination between systems, which may take additional time to investigate and resolve.
-
If you haven't already, ensure that your email address in your AWS Certification account matches the email you use with Credly, as mismatches can sometimes prevent badge delivery.
-
You might also want to review your AWS Support plan options if you frequently need faster response times for support inquiries.
The Training and Certification support team will be able to investigate why the badge wasn't issued to Credly and take the necessary steps to resolve it. They have access to the certification and badge systems needed to address your specific situation.
Congratulations on earning your AWS Certified AI Practitioner certification, and I hope your badge issue is resolved soon!

Thank you for the response.
Unfortunately, I cannot access this Training and Certification case through the AWS Support Center because my AWS Certification account uses an AWS Builder ID rather than an AWS Management Console account.
I have also already confirmed that the email address associated with my AWS Certification account matches my Credly account.
Credly Support specifically investigated my account and confirmed that AWS has not issued the AWS Certified AI Practitioner badge to their system.
My Training and Certification case (Case ID: 179060702600673) remains unanswered.
I would appreciate it if an AWS Support representative could review or help route this case to the appropriate Training and Certification team.
Thank you.
