SSH not reachable

Question

Im kinda new to AWS and discovering the struggle to create my own WP on AWS. 
Yesterday i got thrown out from SSH (terminal) and also the FTP as well. The portal index no errors or such, was thinking if it got traffic blocked due to that its a free account, but nope no such sign on portal. And no I dont use lightsail I do this old school. 
We work on remote with two cpt. Where I do the ftp and the other does the ssh. However yesterday we got both thrown out without a notice. everything worked fine until the last step taken and the ssh went in to a closed mode. I googled it, looks like its a legit problem but as not all that info is reliable I will check with you guys. what am I doing wrong and how do I solve it. Its so close to finish line I just want to throw out the cpt ;)

Wanted to see if I can help you :)
* Verify your networking settings allow SSH and FTP access from your IP address. (On Lightsail) - see screenshot!

It looks like by default the SSH port is already allowed, so you might need to add if port 21 if you're using FTP, otherwise you should be able to use SFTP just fine

SSH uses port 22, so you might need to allow that within your default security group tied to the LightSail instance.
