CloudFront Distribution Review Redirection Failing and Redirecting to Security Settings Instead of Cache Settings

While creating the CloudFront distribution and setting the Elastic Load Balancer (ELB) domain as the origin, I forgot to modify the cache settings during the review step. When I clicked on the cache settings, the redirection occurred.
When I click the Cache Settings button, the system redirects me to the Security Settings page instead of opening the Cache Settings page.

Hello.
I tried it on my AWS account and was unable to reproduce the same issue you're experiencing.
The browser used is Chrome and the version is "145.0.7632.160".
Does it happen on your device when you use a different browser?
This issue is likely a UI issue, so I recommend reporting it to AWS as a UI issue via "Feedback" in the bottom left of the management console.
