Hello.
I tried it on my AWS account and was unable to reproduce the same issue you're experiencing.
The browser used is Chrome and the version is "145.0.7632.160".
Does it happen on your device when you use a different browser?
This issue is likely a UI issue, so I recommend reporting it to AWS as a UI issue via "Feedback" in the bottom left of the management console.
