how to find the sftp key file of my ec2 instance

Hi there, I would like to connect my EC2 instance to the filezilla ftp server but I have no idea where I can find the sftp key file I need to insert. Could someone help me with this? Ps: I am aws beginner

If you do not have the key pair used during the instance launch, please follow this link to generate a new key-pair and use it.
