Hello,
You may want to check to make sure your EBS volumes have been removed as well as any snapshots.
Please see this guide which should help: Why am I being charged for Amazon EC2 when all my instances were terminated?

Hello,
Though the instances are terminated, the underlying EBS volumes might still be present in your account. If the EBS volume data is not required, consider deleting them to avoid unwanted charges.
