How to sent emails to unverified address

Hi

I can't sent emails to unverified addresses.

I ran many tests and sent to emails with verified address in SES Home > Emails Addresses, these emails are coming without problem.

But, when senting email to unverified address, emails that is NOT in SES Home > Emails Addresses, these emails NOT are coming to my customer.

Can anyone help with this?

Hi indhio,

In order to send email to unverified email addresses, you have to have your account removed from the Amazon SES sandbox. Please see the following page for more information: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/request-production-access.html

  • Hi. What I can do of I am already out of the sandbox (production mode), but still able to send e-mails only to verified entities (e-mail addresses), but not to unverified ones? I have already made sure that the SES client uses the same region. Yet, sending to unverified is NOK, but to verified OK.
