Is there a need for a certification to prove that the music used in the phone service are royalty free or not ?

We use music from prompts in the flows and we received a request from SABAM in Belgium asking if all music is royalty free or not?

I tried to get music from Shazam. Music_Pop_ThisAndThatIsLife_Inst.wav CustomerQueue.wav = This and That is Life, David Choi CustomerHold.wav = My Time to Fly (instrumental), Harriet Goldberg I thought that if Amazon provided examples, I could use them for free.

Can you provide me with documented proof, such as a written statement or certification, to confirm that these music tracks are indeed royalty-free?
