external supplier trying to reset password

My supplier have requested to reset/forgot password but did not receive an email to reset. Tried a couple times but the same issue.

Another Admin user from the same account can reset the password for your external supplier https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/id_credentials_passwords_admin-change-user.html#id_credentials_passwords_admin-change-user_console
