Chat Conference not working

On a call. when we add a quick connect connection , call is changed to a conference, similar way we tried to achieve in chat, but instead it was working like transfer, the current agent is left the chat.

For transfer in call, we will disconnect a current call after conference, but we only adding a connection in chat , but the agent left the chat
