SES IP in spam db

Is there anyway to get Amazon to retire an SES IP that's on a spam blocking list? This one is causing issues 54.240.27.190

    @omare from AWS indicated that they won't attempt to take action with SORBS because of the way that SORBS handles listing/delisting.
