How can I restore the storage of my instance back to the previous volume after it was accidentally replaced on 2024-08-02T09:55:09Z?

Does the root volume from before replacement remain?
In that case, I think you can restore it to its original state by reattaching the root volume using the steps in the document below.

If a snapshot of the original root volume remains, it may be possible to restore it using the steps in the document below.
