I am assuming by the profile you mean your AWS account.
Yes, you can close your account by going to the close account section in the Billing and Cost Management console. -> https://console.aws.amazon.com/billing/home?#/account
Account closing additional Information -> https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/close-account.html
Even after you have requested closure of your account you can access the AWS console and view past billing information during the post-closure period. I would suggest that you check your billing and cost management console to check if there are any charges for AWS resources.
