Hi, to better understand your issue,
- You should use nslookup on your laptop to get the ip address corresponding to your R53 domain name. See https://phoenixnap.com/kb/nslookup-command
- If your website is a static S3 website , also nslookup the S3 endpoint with url described in https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/userguide/WebsiteEndpoints.html 3)Compare ips of 1) & 2) and see if you have a difference between ips
