Lightsail instance unreachable

Hello,
Since a few days or weeks I noticed my lightsail server was not reachable even if the status is running (see picture) and I have attached a static public IP address.
I can not ping the IP address either (see picture). Tried to reboot but didn't work.
Please help, AWS keeps charging me.

Hello.
How is Lightsail's firewall configured?
Are the protocols required for communication allowed?
By the way, ICMP may not be allowed by default.
