Initializing AmazonConnectSDK for Third-Party Apps

Question

Does anyone have a working JavaScript example of successfully initializing the AmazonConnectSDK that is hosted on GitHub and used for third-party apps in Agent Workspace? All I want to do at this point is just initialize the SDK without any errors. I've followed the steps in the Agent Workspace Developer Guide, but I'm having the same issue reported by a couple users on the AmazonConnectSDK GitHub page (Re: 'Not able to start the application').

There was a session that AWS recently put together called "Customize the agent workspace to meet your needs with third-party applications workshop" I believe there was a link to a workshop there that had some sample code. Unfortunately, I can't find the session or workshop at the moment, but if you have a contact at AWS ask for this and I think it will have what you're looking for.
