Do Amazon Connect support conference call.

I do see Call transfer support, but I have a scenario where agent1, customer, and the transfer-to agent need to talk briefly. I do not find a way to achieve that.

Connect do support up to 6 party conference. You need to enable it. Refer the below link for more detail.

Connect supports 3 party and 6 party conference. After you use a Quick Connect to initiate a consult leg with the third person, you can use the Join button to complete the conference. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/adminguide/how-quick-connects-work.html
