The WorkSpaces Web Access is limited. I highly recommend you use one of the clients for Windows or macOS for the best experience.
If you want to use web access and meet the requirements on the page above, I would recommend opening up a support case.

I'm pretty sure its related to this limitation "Web Access is not available for some Windows 10 WorkSpaces that are using the PCoIP protocol. If your PCoIP WorkSpace is powered by Windows Server 2019, Web Access is not available."

Are you using Chrome? If so this could be due to an issue with Chrome 100. As a workaround try reverting to version 99, using an alternative browser or using the full thick client should get you back in.

Enable "Web Access" in directories as mentioned in the user guide.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workspaces/latest/adminguide/web-access.html
If the workspace is already created "After you enable Web Access, reboot your Workspace for the change to apply. "
Also, we have to wait for 48 hours for the changes to reflect.
