The call recording won't play from the contact lens player. I'm seeing a bunch of 400 errors in the console when the page loads. The player and transcripts load, but the actual audio isn't accessible. Could you help me get that working?

it works as expected when viewing the record in Amazon Connect directly. This a CTI adapter integration

Error seen in Lambda -

[ERROR] KeyError: 'CloudFrontPrivateKey' Traceback (most recent call last):   File "/var/task/sfGenerateAudioRecordingStreamingURL.py", line 55, in lambda_handler     private_key = secrets['CloudFrontPrivateKey']

Hi, I've seen this happen previously when the Salesforce Lambda Lambda package hasn't been installed and fully configured. the CTI Adapter relies on the Lambda package being installed and configured to enable you to play recordings. Have you gone through that portion of the deployment yet? https://amazon-connect.github.io/amazon-connect-salesforce-cti/docs/lightning/installation/04-salesforce-lambdas-manual-setup
