Veeam backup to S3 and deletion protection

A customer wants to ensure that data that is locked in Veeam can also not be deleted from S3.
What's the best way to achieve that?

You can achieve the deletion protection by using the Object Immunity feature in Veeam Backup and Replication. Please note that this functionality only exists in Version 10 of the product, so if they are on a lower version - they would need to upgrade.
