Instruction on How to Build TeX Live (LaTex) from the yum testlive-latex repositories on EC2 Linux2

I'm trying to setup an LaTeX process that will take a LaTeX file and convert it to a PDF. I have found the yum repositories for texlive and texline-latex, but I have no found an article on how to set these up on an EC2 Linex2 instance.
