Please note that as per https://docs.aws.amazon.com/pinpoint/latest/userguide/settings-sms-tfn-register.html, it can take up to 15 business days for your registration to be processed after it is submitted. This is because the information you submit via the Amazon Pinpoint console will be passed on to our carrier partners to complete the registration.
