How to determine VPC dependences?

Hello. I have 4 PVC networks. 3 Networks are using one - no. I would like to delete the VPC which doesn't use, but I should be confident, that no resources were attached to this VPC. Unfortunately, I have the same name for the 1st and 4th VPC but a different VPC ID. I can manage all resources manually.

Maybe there is a solution, how to determine it fast end effectively?

When you delete a VPC in the Console, the "confirmation prompt" will tell you which associated resources will be deleted with the VPC, so that's a quick way of getting the information you are looking for.
