海外区，我将gp2的EBS升级为2TB的gp3，卷的状态始终显示 in-use - optimizing (0%)， 一直是0%，已经大概20分钟了，请问一般会需要多长时间呢？还是可能升级有出问题？

原来多大？ 进入 in-use状态表示 resize 已经完成，剩下的就是一些别的动作，具体请参考https://docs.aws.amazon.com/zh_cn/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/monitoring-volume-modifications.html。
