Check Burst capacity and CPU utilization of your Lightsail instance. Maybe you are ran out of burst capacity.

you are right, it was running out of burst capacity but I don't know how to fix it. Until I found a blogger said Lightsail instance project is really bad. He compared with Digital Ocean, Digital Ocean's machine iops can run about 2k but Lightsail only run 200 to 300 iops. I checked iops few days ago, it is true....... so I quit and find another VPS vendor to running my website.

Your post doesn't provide enough data to work from. How much activity is happening on the site? What is showing up in your cloudwatch logs? Anything in the wordpress logs? Any errors in cloudtrail logs?
