lorawan gateway and private network

By registering a lora gateway (listed in the approved gateways by AWS for LoRaWAN) using AWS IoT core, does this means that it becomes a private network? then any gateway register through AWS IoT automatically uses a private network?

The answer is Yes, i.e., once any lora gateway is registered with AWS for LoRaWAN, it automatically becomes private network.
