Enabling Collaboration with a Data Mesh

this is regarding the task 'Enabling Collaboration with a Data Mesh' in Industry Quest for Healthcare. It mentions an 'input' file for S3 buckets however from what i can see, the buckets are empty. Am i doing something wrong or was it missed? Missing Item from bucket? later on when creating a database it mentions again about finding this folder in the bucket but it doesnt show missing folder
