Origination phone number gone

Under Pinpoint and SMS messaging I went though getting an Origination Phone number and this morning it said it was active. I just logged back into the account to assign it to a campaign and it is no longer listed on my account. No phone numbers listed.

I have a registered KEYWORD. Where do I find this phone number to assign to my campaign?
