Hello.
According to the Slack documentation, this error seems to occur when attempting to install to a workspace other than the one created.
You will likely need to change the settings in your Slack app.

invalid_team_for_non_distributed_app: Occurs when attempting to install/authorize an undistributed Slack API app on a team where the app was not created.
The steps in the following blog post may be helpful.
Try changing the Slack app you created to "Public Distribution".
