AWS Solution exam result not yet updated

Hi All,
I was attending solution architect exam. after completing all the question, I was reviewing the question. But in between my alarm started ringing and I moved to stop the alarm. Because of that they have canceled/stop my exam.
I have attended on 16-July, I am not getting any update. Can you please help me what i should do in this case.

I am sorry to hear you have not received your results. If you have not already, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support team with your candidate ID (located in the top right corner of our AWS Certification account) and we will investigate.
