Enable Feature Flag on Target Group

I need to enable this attribute '{"Value": "on_first_ack", "Key": "proxy_protocol_v2.client_to_server.header_placement"}' on my target groups but have no way of do this without a support contract. Per this stack overflow post

I would take a look at the Developer Support Plan if the cost of a support contract is prohibitive: https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/plans/developers/
