Hassle with taking the package

0

Good day, I apologize. But there was an error and I would like to solve it. A month ago I was looking for a server for my programming studies. I turned to a friend of mine. He recommended Amazon and told me that you provide a server for a year for free. I read everything and took the package services. I started it once and realized that it was not what I needed, and immediately closed it. After 15 days, you withdrew 256 dollars from me. Not long ago, I sat down to figure out what was the matter and saw that they still wanted to withdraw 500 dollars from me. I am very sorry probably it was some kind of miss click or something else. I was not at all familiar with the servers and the functions it provides. How can you solve this problem without withdrawing funds.

First, check the invoice from AWS and Cost Explorer to see which resources are being charged.
Once you have identified the resources, delete those that are not needed.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cost-management/latest/userguide/ce-enable.html

Also, if you experience an unintended large billing charge, please consult with AWS support at "Account and Billing Support" for a possible partial refund.
This method is not a surefire way to get a refund, but please consult with support to be sure.
