SES Production mode is taking too long

0

I requested to enable Production mode on SES and I got a response to elaborate further and if I were to respond within 24 hours I would get a response back within 24 hours. Only the response never came. I have 18 hours (EU Time) until my deadline and no way of switching to another email provider because the DNS records are managed through my client and my client's business is closed until Monday (the deadline). It's such a simple website with hardly any functionality, it's just a sign-up form for a set of courses with a confirmation email. Is there any way of accelerating the process. I have looked into buying into one of the support tiers but that locks me in for at least a month. Is there no other way I can contact someone at AWS about this?

Hello.

It is possible to deactivate the Amazon SES sandbox with free support.
Amazon SES sandbox deactivation is different from technical support and may take some time to confirm depending on the use case you describe when you inquire.
Also, even if there were other ways to contact us, I don't think it would be any faster as we would just be served with a contact from Amazon SES.
