Signature in Amazon Work Mail

How do I add an automated signature to my Amazon Work Mail. In the settings section, I choose email, but the signature section is not interactive in a way that allows me to enter any text.

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with adding signatures. Is the button "Add new signature" not available? It's below the signature field which should say "No signatures are configured".
