Every Amplify projects stuck on provision state

We are using more than 10 services on Amplify, When I tried to build another viersion one of them, it stucks on provison state and didn't go through. I tried to rebuild other services well, but all of them didn’t work too. It was 12 hours ago, everything is still doesn't work. I found similiar problem here but no solutions. Does anyone has solution for this?
