API Gateway resource gives "403 Forbidden" response in me-central-1 region while it works well with other regions . Any workaround/solution for this ?

When I'm creating a resource in me-central-1 region , all the endpoints gives 403 forbidden response for all the endpoints , While it works well with all other regions . can someone suggest a solution around this ?

Make sure this region is enabled in your account because this region is "opt-in"
