Can Deadline Cloud Service-Managed Fleets Use Instances With GPUs

I've created a Deadline Cloud Service-Managed Fleet per [the documentation](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/deadline-cloud/latest/userguide/smf-manage.html) for doing so.  I've tried it out with some Blender work, and it works.

I see that I can select minimum/maximum vCPUs.

I also see that I cannot select, for example, `g5g` under "Allowed instance types."

Does this mean that I cannot use instances with GPUs with a Service-Managed Fleet?  If so, I assume I will need to create a Customer-Managed Fleet.

Yes, you are correct. Deadline Cloud Service Managed FLeets do not support selecting instance types with GPUs directly through service managed configuration options.

Creating a customer-managed fleet will give you full control over instance types you deploy, allowing you to select GPU-enabled instances such as those in the g4 or p4 series for your rendering tasks.
